  • Tie your bag tight, drop it in your bin, and set it outside your door. We collect nightly between 7–10 PM. Pull your bin back inside by 10 PM to keep hallways clear.

  • 7 days a week. If there’s any change (severe weather or building notice), we’ll text you.

  • Please have it out by 7:00 PM. Late set-outs after we’ve passed may be picked up the next round (no guarantees).

  • Text us: (650) 665 9227 with your building + unit. We’ll check if a tech is still on site.

  • Regular household trash in tied bags that fit inside your bin. No loose trash.

    • Loose/liquid waste, leaking bags

    • Hazardous items (chemicals, paint, batteries, needles)

    • Hot ashes/charcoal

    • Construction debris or heavy renovation waste

  • Standard kitchen bags that you can safely lift. If a bag is overfilled, leaking, or too heavy, we can’t pick it up.

  • We take care of the pet stations around your property — emptying, replacing liners, and keeping them clean and odor-free so residents can enjoy tidy common areas.

  • Use tied bags only. If a spill happens, please wipe the area; we’ll take the bag.

  • We operate 7 days; if a holiday schedule changes, we’ll text the building.
